It's always important to do your research before threatening to take your business elsewhere. That's what this entitled customer learned the hard way after demanding to pay via credit card when the company required cash or checks. She doubled down and dropped the company, only to learn that they gave the best deals in the surrounding area. That's what you get, lady!

The water company her family had been using charged customers via check or cash rather than via credit card payment. The reasoning behind this choice was mutually beneficial for the company and for the customer, given the fact that no one needed to assume the cost of any credit card fees. To make matters even funnier, this lady had done zero research about the pricing of competitors in the area, and this boss knew that they offered the best services for the best price. Unsurprisingly, she came crawling back soon thereafter, begging for his services once again. This time, however, the boss was unwilling to answer the call. Good for him!
